Vacation Bible School

Every Wednesday night in August, it's Power Zone Sports Camp at First Baptist Church on Eureka Way in Redding.  The program is conducted in conjunction with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.  Call 243-5356 for details.

Admission is free to hear Stephen Arrington, former expedition leader for Jacques Cousteau August 30th at the Anderson Seventh-day Adventist Church, 2769 Balls Ferry Rd., Anderson.  His topic is Building a Christian Warrior and will be presented at 11:00am and 6:30pm.

Mercy Medical Center Redding's Hospice Program is looking for volunteers.  A training program begins October 1st, and registration must be done by September 2nd.

Redding Aglow meets at Shasta College September 3rd from 9:00 to 12:30.

The Trinity Repertory Singers of Simpson University invites you to join the chorus!  No audition necessary.  Rehearsals are Thursday evenings from 7:00 to 9:30 beginning September 4th.  Info by calling 226-4952.
